Our Mission
About Us
Founded by lifelong residents of Brooklyn, NY and the historic Ditmas Park Community, the Brooklyn Community Action Coalition (BKCAC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting the historic Ditmas Park Community and diverse communities in Brooklyn, NY. The mission of the BKCAC is to assist residential communities that face the threat of commercialization and the degradation of the cultural and historic character of those communities.
Our approach includes but is not limited to :
1. Civic engagement.
2. Voter mobilization.
3. Civil Litigation.
4. Grassroots organizing.
5. Social media campaigns.
